Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress/anxiety, and activates healing in the body.
Mikao Usui developed Reiki, in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the "vital life force energy that flows through all living things".
This is a gentle healing/activating technique in which energy is transferred to your body (via my hands) improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
You may feel sensations like heat, tingling, or pulsing where my hands are, or throughout your body. Some people get so relaxed that they fall asleep.
Crystals, guided meditation, color healing, plant healing, and essential oils may be added to your session to enhance healing.
