More info: These sessions are in-person. Energy Healing is a gentle and effective way to help clear energetic blocks, as well as ACTIVATE more POSSIBILITIES for your mind, body and soul! During a session you'll be relaxing on a comfy massage table- heat optional. You may already have a service in mind that you'd LOVE to receive and if you require more help to choose a service, I'm here to help! Bodies are also loud with what they'd LOVE to receive and we'll be including your body when choosing a service to suit your needs. Energy healing is a gentle method of healing to help bring about more mind/body EASE, PEACE, POSSIBILITIES, JOY, CLARITY, RADIANCE and MORE!
If you've been feeling disconnected from your body, these sessions are also a great way to help you connect to your body, let go of judgment, and have more GRATITUDE for your sweet body!
